Ella Kanninen is a well known and experienced Finnish journalist and tv-host. Her career began with Yle's Morning TV  and she has worked as a news anchor on TV1 and as a journalist-host on the 'Puoli seitsemän' program. Ella is fluent in six languages and has written several books about Italian culture and food.

Timo is leading HR at Vaisala, a global measurement technology company enabling climate action. He joined the company and its Leadership Team in October 2021. Previously, he worked as SVP, HR at Konecranes and has held senior HR leadership roles at Fiskars Group and Nokia.

 

Timo has a Master's degree in psychology and is pursuing doctoral studies at Henley Business School. Leskinen specializes in developing people strategies, leading organizational transitions, advancing DEI, and enhancing talent management to align with corporate goals. His leadership focuses on driving strategic initiatives and fostering cultures of continuous improvement and integration in global settings..

Riikka Salminen, M. Sc., Applied Mathematics, is a leader with passion to technology and leadership. She admires Winston Churchill’s leadership thesis and believes that optimism and continuous learning will drive the business growth even in tough times. Technology is a strong power that helps organizations to prosper, but it also gives people new tools to work more productively and at the same time resilience to their everyday life. Riikka works as Managing Director at Dell Technologies Finland. Before moving to Dell, Riikka was VISA's Country Manager for Finland, Sweden and Baltics. Before that she has had a long career in several international and domestic sales management positions in the technology sector. Along with her own work, she acts as a mentor, and she is also an active outdoor exerciser.

She is an inspiring speaker who awakens to think about leadership and working life in a new way. Helka writes blogs and produces the All in podcast series in Supla. She has worked as the country manager of People & Performance services at Capgemini Consulting and People & Change services at KPMG. Helka has worked as a HR manager and journalist in her career. Helka´s new book called Esihenkilö muutoksen johtajana (Change Management) Almatalent, published in August 2023.

At Wolt, Matti-Esko has focused on scaling the HR and recruitment teams amidst the company's international growth. During this time, Wolt's People organization has expanded from a team of fewer than 10 people to an organization of just over 150 people. Matti-Esko's journey to HR has particularly gone through HR technology and analytics – before Wolt, he worked as the head of HR technology at what is now known as TietoEVRY.

Prior to Accountor, she managed the HR function in six countries at LeadDesk, where she built the company’s HR processes from scratch to IPO shape. Tuuli is a Social Psychologist and passionate about driving tangible business results through capable leadership and employee motivation.
